The arrival of new governance, the desire to better unite around family values, the expectations of employees and candidates in terms of shared values, and the desire to help those most in need, led us to set up a foundation that is fully in line with the values adopted by the LIEBOT Group.
Two distinct and complementary legal structures were created: a Fond’Actions (fellowship fund) for all work carried out for all general interest sponsorship activities with local associations and a Fond’Études (an association under the law of 1901) which will help finance the higher education of deserving children of our employees to improve equality of opportunity. These two structures will be financed directly by Groupe LIEBOT and the LIEBOT family holding.

Help the most vulnerable, and in particular support actions to help with housing in order to be consistent with our business and professional world.
ENVIRONMENTAL
Support local organisations to protect the environment to improve their impact on the ground.
CULTURAL
Help and support local cultural associations (around our companies), the glue that binds us together, in addition to local sponsorship initiatives carried out by each of the LIEBOT Group's companies.
EDUCATIONAL
Inform/advise/accompany students to help them succeed.
Its mission is to provide financial assistance to deserving children of the LIEBOT Group and its upstream activities to undertake higher education, where they would not otherwise have been able to do so for lack of income. Four factors will determine success: the quality of the selection of candidates, the nature of the aid, the monitoring of the students supported and the assurance of stable, regular funding that will enable the programme to be run over the long term.
The generational change in governance of our group is an opportunity to create a Foundation to share the value created with the communities in which we operate. The aim is to also involve our employees in the creation of this Foundation so that they feel involved and proud.
