Promote local expertise and bring suppliers together

By strategically deciding not to install their products themselves, K•LINE, WIBAIE, Bipa and MéO have developed and maintained a network of local expertise. From the outset, our companies have chosen to work with regional craftsmen and suppliers. K•LINE has also worked to bring some of its suppliers from further afield closer to its production sites. As a result, extruders or foreign suppliers of aluminium billets have invested in local factories and, in turn, created job opportunities for the entire area.

Develop a local nursery

As a leading local employer, we have a responsibility towards developing entrepreneurial initiatives. For several years, the LIEBOT Group has been supporting Katell Baillargeau with a nursery project in Herbiers. We initially committed to providing budgetary support for its creation and then to finance places, even when they are not filled. This has enabled the nursery to grow from 10 places to 60. We offer our employees peace of mind when it comes to their work-life balance, providing them with childcare where local provision is limited and helping fund the cost of the place. Furthermore, Katell has adapted the nursery opening hours in line with our teams' schedules, from 4.30 am until 9.15 pm.
